• Maintaining proper filing system and records for correspondences, contracts, customers, suppliers, products etc for easy retrieval.
• Assisting the Manager in procuring, keeping, maintaining and up-dating samples for all products and items.
• Assisting the Manager and providing back up during his absence such as communicating with the relevant authorities/ Managers/ departments and providing follow-up.
• Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments and meetings.
• Handle document flow of minutes and other corporate secretarial documents.
• Knowledge of scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements, such as Flight and hotel accommodation.
• Ability to apply the overall mission of a department to make administrative decisions.
• Ability to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area.
• Ability to communicate in ENGLISH effectively.
