Job Responsibilities:

^ Able to handle full set accounts
^ Handling all invoicing and related matters (e.g. SOA, CN, DN, etc)
^ Handling all Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable transactionsü Responsible in credit collections matters and
correspondences on SOA matters
^ Issue and escalate to relevant Suppliers with regards to Dispute on Billing matters
^ Review all Payments including staffs' claims
^ Assist in daily/weekly/monthly report generation to ensure timely submission of reports and input for month end/year end
closing and management reporting purposes
^ To prepare & submission of GST Return Report. GST matters such as calculation, claimable, reports and ensure entries compliant
to requirements
^ Meet deadlines on the closing of periodic and annual account including classification of account and tax codes
^ Prepare documents for GST, audit and tax related matters
^ Assists in administration work as and when assigned

Job Requirement:

^ Good written and spoken English & Mandarin
^ Must be excellent in PC/system skills, Send/Reply Emails and Excel
^ Min. SPM with 1-2 years work experience, preferably in accounts, admin, credit control or related fields
^ 5 work days (Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm)
^ Office located in USJ 1, Subang Jaya
